SHIPPING

All shipping addresses must be submitted in English, no special or accented characters are accepted.
If a gate code is required to deliver to your shipping address please provide it to your selected carrier, using the contact information below.
You may have to pay postage fees for orders delivered to a PO Box by all shipping options except for “PO BOX or APO Address”.

Services PO Boxes and military addresses.
When shipping to a military address, use the service member’s full name and rank and DO NOT include city or country name. Must also include the unit/CMR/PSC number, the APO/FPO/DPO box number, the APO/FPO/DPO designation, the AA/AE/AP region and Zip Code. Ships up to 9 pounds.

For orders over $400, signature may be required upon delivery.
Estimated delivery window is calculated in business days (Weekends are not included) from the time your order is picked up by your selected carrier.

Next Day: FedEx Next Day
For shipping related inquiries regarding UPS orders, please contact UPS Customer Service.
Ships up to 150 pounds. For orders over $400, signature may be required upon delivery.
Estimated delivery window is calculated in business days (Weekends are not included) from the time your order is picked up by your selected carrier.


RESTRICTION

Some items in our catalog may not be able to be shipped within the United States or within your State due to brand restrictions.

All orders placed before 3:00pm Eastern are shipped out the same business day.
Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed the next business day.


CANCELLATIONS

Awakened.energy orders are packed very quickly once an order is confirmed. We are often unable to cancel or adjust an order once it has been placed. If you have made a mistake with a product’s quantity, you may be able to return any extra products to us or place a new order for any you missed.


RETURNS

If you need to return any products you have purchased from Awakened.energy, give us a call or email and we will get the process started. The products must be unopened and purchased within the last 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any heat-sensitive or perishable products for return. See our Refunds and Returns FAQ for more information.

Your total satisfaction is our goal. We are committed to providing you with quality products and outstanding customer service. Should our merchandise or service ever fail to meet your expectations, please call our Customer Service department. We accept unopened, resalable merchandise that is in its original condition provided it was purchased in the last 30 days.

Any claims for shortage or damage must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. All returns require a Return Authorization Number from Customer Service, so please call us at 844-844-4200. The products may not be returned to Awakened.energy without Awakened.energy’s prior written authorization. Any approved returns may be subject to restocking charges payable by You or the Customer.


DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you receive a package that has been damaged, save the original box and all of its contents and contact us immediately with your order number. We will remedy the situation as soon as possible.


CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, Awakened.energy values its customers and desires to avoid any and all misunderstandings between them and itself regarding the terms and obligations of orders by its customers; and WHEREAS, specific acknowledgement of agreement to these terms and obligations should eliminate potential future problems in this regard.
WHEREFORE, Awakened.energy and the undersigned (hereinafter the “Customer”) do hereby agree as follows:

Any discrepancies, shortages, claims, or incorrect shipments shall be reported to Awakened.energy IMMEDIATELY upon receipt, and in no event, later than 5 calendar days after said receipt. Awakened.energy shall be responsible for curing said discrepancies only if notified within said 5 calendar day period.
Customer complaints: Errors, omissions, or mistakes made by Awakened.energy will be corrected by Awakened.energy. We will replace the order or give credit for what has been invoiced and returned to Awakened.energy. No credits will be made until the proper authorization has been given by Awakened.energy management.
